Is he the guy that bottomed out and lost aerodynamics for a split second and drove into a wall at 200 mph?
Circuit of The Americas has opened its ticketing process by launching its Select Seating Wait List for events at the track beginning with the 2012 F1 United States GP to be held November 16-18. The select seating wait list is the first of two ticketing stages designed to help fans purchase seats.
We are receiving great interest in tickets every day from fans around the world, said Geoff Moore, chief marketing and sales officer for Circuit of The Americas. In order to effectively manage the demand, we have created a two-stage ticketing process to help fans better understand the opportunities available. We want every fan to get the ticket that is right and affordable for them. In this first stage, we are showing off the incredible entertainment experience our main grandstand offers.
During the 'Select Seating Wait List' stage, obtaining a personal seat license is the first step. Beginning Monday January 23, 2012 and extending through Monday February 13, 2012, fans may join the Select Seating Wait List to be first in line to purchase a personal seat license, which will go on sale March 1, 2012. Personal seat licenses will range in price from $1,000 to $5,000 per seat payable in two instalments if desired, depending on proximity to the start/finish line and amenities.
A personal seat license entitles its holder to purchase tickets for all racing events at Circuit of The Americas for the next 15 years. The license also gives its holder a priority position to purchase tickets for entertainment events held at Circuit of The Americas for the duration of the license.
Individual tickets will be the focus of the second stage of ticketing. Individual event tickets to the
2012 F1 USA GP will be offered for sale in early summer. Fans interested in buying uncovered grandstand or general admission tickets to this event should register their contact information at www.CircuitofTheAmericas.com and sign up for the Circuits email newsletter. No deposit for individual ticket registration is required.
robert kubica has fallen on some ice, re-breaking the leg injuries that took him out of 2011. good luck, robert

I wish him the best of luck as well, but I just don't realistically see him returning to F1.

WTF is this "personal seat license" shit? Sounds like a membership club kinda thing.
I presume they're gonna sell regular seats at "more affordable" prices. If regular seats are in that price range, it's gonna be empty stands during the inaugural race.

oh... I got it for christmas and haven't watched it yet...
Caterham(Formerly Lotus) launched their car.. and that thing is absolutely hideous. D:
That's just the lighting. I think it's gonna look a lot better on the track during the day.
Yikes. They get uglier and uglier. I suspect the RB8 will look the least offensive of these platypus cars. :|
