I'd say you were more a Schumacher fan than you were a Ferrari fan. I cheer for the red cars win or lose.
That may be somewhat true, but I've always loved the Ferrari street cars. I was a big Nigel Mansell fan years ago. I think that just carried over to Schumacher when he left. I also liked Raikkonen during his time at McLaren and Ferrari. Kimi is still a great driver, I know he will be back winning again soon.
Now that I'm not a fan of any Ferrari driver I have really noticed the favoritism they receive on everything. In some ways it makes sense, because F1 pretty much exists because of Ferrari. On the other hand they are kind of like the Yankees at this point.
Ferrari can just throw money at any problem and get the driver who is winning the most no matter what their history is, all just to win. I don't like the win at all costs attitude.
It makes me happy to see Red Bull come along and take down Goliath. The other thing I like about Red Bull is that they let Vettel and Webber fight it out on track almost entirely without imposing team orders when logically they shouldn't have.
I will be very confused if Vettel ever goes to Ferrari. It could happen. I would have to be a full Hamilton and Raikkonen fan.
