The $303 JVC Digital Camera from CameraWorld Thread #2

The previous thread is way too long and I'd like to start a new thread.

In the morning a representative from CWO called me about a credit card issue. The order amount is a little above the credit line and the rep suggested me send a money order. Half an hour later, I called CWO again to make sure all my three orders go thru. However, the sales rep told me the JVC Digital Camera is currently discontinued and suggest me to cancel the orders. At the same time, I checked their website, and they are still selling the JVC Digi-Camera! Surely at a much higher price, $694 or so. So any other one has the same situation? Does your order go thru and CWO is ready to ship it to you?

I talked to a CSR today and was told it would be shipped today. I will believe it when I get it though.

Obviously I am the early bird
I put an order when the price was $398.99. Just received an email from UPS saying my package is on the way (shipped out yesterday).

Last friday night, I put another order when I found the dropped price.

I also called its CSR this morning. The CSR told me the second order is processing. But when I emailed them asking the tracking #, Gordon said I need to wait 4 weeks more

I am totally confused :|

How the heck did you get that so cheap? I got the same thing for $152.70 at Onvia!

And check what the idiots at CameraWorld did even after I called to make sure everything was okay and corrected their address book for them.

I just got my camera. It's really cool and it's silver, not that cheesy gold shiny color you see in pictures. This is how my story goes.

See deal Friday night.
Order Early Saturday (like midnight)
Call Saturday morning to verify. They notice address is cut off since I have a long address with alot of information. 2 lines
So I fix it
UPS says they cannot deliver since the address is wrong.
I email Cameraworld and have them fix it. They said they called UPS and fixed it
I call UPS myself and notice it's not fixed, I fix it again
UPS tries to deliver, still cannot find me
UPS calls this morning and says it's still not fixed, fixed it again
It comes.
That is the most pathetic thing I have ever seen - UPS and Cameraworld are stupid when it comes to addresses. They do however have incredible customer service!
