I have compared the Sapphire 5770 to the Sapphire 6770.
The Sapphire 6770 cost more has 1 less DVI output and does not come with a crossfire cable compared to the Sapphire 5770 model on newegg.

The 6770 cards perform exactly the same as a 5770 but cost more in the case of the Powercolor model also.
