NFC is just a nonworkable system. It is unmanageable, untrustworthy, offers no benefit, is no faster than a card. It literally offers nothing, except more cost. You cant argue with the facts here. And the fact is that there is no way having a smartphone is going to be a requirement for use of anything just about anywhere. That will not happen for at least another 10 years. You will have people not using these devices. That is a given. That is the one fact that cannot be ignored. And you will not force them to no matter what. So what we're talking about here is simply increasing costs. It will not be faster. It will not save anyone's time. "Oh my phone is acting funny."
