The other US carriers join in with iphone trade in deals:

All of Spigen cases are actually really thin. I bought this one for my 5s
http://www.spigen.com/brands/apple/iphone/iphone-6/iphone-6/iphone-6-case-tough-armor.html
and people always compliment me with how nice it looks. It barely adds any size to it so I'm guessing the Neos will be even thinner.
not sure which of these 2 i like more:

or

i also like this one, but the one for the ip6+ isn't amazon prime eligible and it is like an 18+ day shipping from asia.

I like the first one. Can't go wrong with either first or second. The third one says its a gel type case. It may be more comfortable for holding but I have one for my HTC one and over a few months it became dirty.
that 3rd one is the exact one i've had on my ip4 for 3+ years and i love it. it basically just protects it from getting scratched when setting it down and stuff or in my pockets. i've dropped it a few times as well and have never had issues. if it was amazon prime shipping i'd get that one in a heartbeat.
Amazon always links the main item that you search for regardless of what sub-option you choose after clicking their search-provided link. So, when you said it wasn't prime-eligible, I was a bit confused as the link directs to a 6 (not 6+) case that is prime eligible. Now, I see that the 6+ cases are not prime eligible, but at least they're the same price when adding price + shipping! I might pick one up; it covers more of the bottom than the Apple case does and for 1/10 the price!!
Is the gold iphone not selling as well as it did last year? I noticed that verizon still has the gold iphone 6 (non plus) delivering on 9/19 in all storage capacities. Maybe they just produced a shit ton more gold iphones this year in anticipation for it being the best seller?
Huh? Gold iPhones are everywhere. I suspect you don't see many gold I phones because almost all iPhone users use a case.
yeah the problem with that one though is it says 17-28 days to receive the item heh.
They're absolutely more rare in the US than in other places. When I traveled to China and HK in the summer, they were all over the place. In the US, a lot of white iPhones are still just silver iPhones.Could be, but I also think they're more rare. Of everyone I know with an iPhone, no one has a gold one. Most prefer the grey or have an older model, and a few even think gold looks tacky like ponyo was saying.

Looked into this for a relative and discovered that Staples of all places is doing preorders this year. I bet they aren't being swamped because no one associates them with iPhone stampedes. If you pre-order now, when could you expect to get it with all the in-store pickup options not available? Debating if I wanna just wait in line or not. Well, not for me but the fiancee.
