I have him beat by a mile. In college I had mine next to an open window, and due to inadequate cooling I had the side of the case taken off.

In Indiana it is very windy, because it's all flat and there is nothing to stop the wind. When it rains, this creates a phenomenon called sideways rain.

Open window + open case + sideways rain = new motherboard, processor, sound card. The video card, memory, network card and whatnot all survived. Cost me $400, but I upgraded too.
