I wonder what is the average amount of boosts people have. I have 10 or so 25% and 15 50% and 1x 100%

Way too many boosts to burn through.

21 battlepacks. 6@25% 3@100%, I'm feeling hosed compared to Childs.

This is absolutely brutal. 4 games attempted played, 3 crashes. Extremely frustrating. What a waste of time. F this.

I just opened like 7 battlebacks and only got 3 x 25 and 1 x 50. I kinda dont like the randomness of it. A couple of times I got 2 x 50, but most of the items are stuff I will never use. Profile pics, camo, obscure weapon attachments, emblems, etc. I would trade most it for a couple 100xp boosts.

Ugh..was waiting in queue for like 10 minutes, so I was typing this post. In the middle of it that origin popup comes up and it took a keypress as a cancel. :\

Most of my crashes are seen by some really bad servers. I think there are a lot of them that are not giving enough resources to the setups.

On a different note, the Compact 45 is amazing, it is the 1911 of BF3 with more bullets. When you get it, think of not spamming it but a nice cadence to your shot. Once you get the muzzle break and RDS, it is amazing to control for short/medium shooting.

To grind up to the compact 45, the 93R is crazy good for mowing people close quarters. Go support and have the 93r with the suppressor and laser sight.

Damn came home from work hoping the new patch would help. Guess it made it worse for everyone.

I just got ran over by an AA vehicle that was 20 feet away. Also, I heard the revive zap, and I appeared 4 seconds later as being revived.

This netcode is fantastic.

There isnt a formal clan, just add people from the second post or join one of the two platoons, then add people.

Yeah, although it felt like a lot longer when we were getting stomped. Serves me right for thinking one more game wont hurt, then I play another 5 trying to beat those bastards.

Last night I 'only' had one crash, but constantly had weird freezing in the middle of gameplay... feels like FPS drops to under 5, then it'd completely pause for a second or two (or three), and then it'd unfreeze.

I tried playing on one of those U ROCK servers, and man was that a comedy... 64p TDM maps, suuure, good idea. I have never ever seen anything lag like like that: no hitmarkers at all, chat delayed by like 30 seconds, dying out of the blue, etc. The best part was constant announcement by the server bot saying something like U ROCK servers only use high priority CPU servers blabla something.

Hopefully you weren't using a good XP booster. I've had that happen to me when using the 25%, which sucks because I am playing for specific weapons and attachments. I am holding onto the 50 and 100 boosters until things settle down.

Thankfully it didnt take me too long on a pistol only server to get it back, but I was using a 25% boost at the time.

I felt so out of place in that pistol server with my P226 when everyone else has their better pistols... But it seemed like I had better luck killing people from hip fire than I did looking through the sights. And does everyone else use mouse macros? Here I am killing my finger trying to click fast...

I didn't crash at all last night, and have only crashed once since I got the game (game freeze and sound loop). However, I can only manage 20-25 FPS average, so I guess there is a tradeoff.

I had probably 10+ x 25% boosts, and used them all up over the last few of days. I think I have 5 x 50% and 3-5 x 100% that I haven't used yet. They go by quicker than you think. Whats irritating is that they dont tell you when they expired, so I had a few monster games and didnt see the boost at the end and I was kicking myself. I think the biggest game I've had with boosts was 50k. I know in one round I ranked up one full level. I think it was last night doing the scout repairs and defense.

I got a commander medal, and a conquest service ribbon(man those happen fast now) with the 25% on, that was nice, 7k commander score, + ~27K in ribbons(thanks cruise missles for squad wipes) + 25%

Anybody else having issues re-mapping keys for the jet? I've changed the mappings but it is still using the old key binds. All other key mappings are working fine.

So incase anybody else has a key binding issue... I found my solution. I downloaded the b4 settings editor http://battlefield.realmware.co.uk/bf4-settings-editor/ . When I went to the jets tab, there were actually two mappings for the same key for the same action. Example throttle up was bound to W and E. I cleared out the binding that wasn't needed. Also another cool thing is that the editor detected my Bf4 Beta settings and asked if I wanted to import them. I wish I would have known about that sooner..

When playing BF4 do you actually notice the improvement in graphic ? Could you name some specifics, especially if they "wow-ed" you.
Been watching some videos in youtube but I have not been pumped up to get play it.

I got five %200 boosts (SNAP INTO A SLIMJIM!), 8 %100, 8 %50, and 13 %25. I think im set.

I think all these people crashing has to be graphics card related, i have not crashed at all this week.

Blowing up a tank, the explosion of dirt in the air is AMAZING. Water effects are awesome, choppers flying actually blow rain around when moving, stuff like that.

The shadows are neat, how they reflect around, but that takes a huge hit on graphics power, like %15 drop in fps just for advanced shadows.
