Well im getting bored with the game >.< Doing my normal play for a couple weeks then rapidly stop playing lol.

Guess just feels like theres to many silly things. To many recon guys so either its just a sniper fest or im on a team with a bunch of campers not going for objectives.


And knifing still pisses me off and i dont even bother any more. Ill be just barely to the side of the guy from the back and he will counter knife me. yet guy comes at me straight on and i dont even get the "prompt" to counter knife >.<

Jumped the gun on the G430 headset and a G105 keyboard. Will post back once I've tried them out.

G430: comfy and large enough to fit over my big ears
I *think* I am getting better directional sound with this set, but maybe it's because I changed the BF4 sound settings to 'headset'. I saw a new "Dolby Digital Plus" icon in the Windows tray and will try the Game preset to see if that further improves things, as I did not have "Surround Virtualizer" on last night. Is there anything else I need to do to get the most out of a new headset?

G105: good solid keyboard, to me the most important feature is its ability to recognize 6 key presses simultaneously. With my previous Logitech I'd often stop strafing or running because I had more than 2 or 3 keys pressed down. Super annoying! Backlight is also very handy (has 2 different brightness settings) and the ability to turn OFF the Windows key is awesome! No more accidental boot to desktop in the heat of battle. Haven't figured out what I might use the macro and programmable G-keys for in BF4, though.

I think I remember why I quit BF3 now. I used to play with a bunch of guys on vent, going for objectives, crazy chopper runs etc. Then when they slowly dropped off, I dropped off as well.

I'm having fun playing with the guys on here. Add us and join our squad. voice chat helps too.

We should find a vent server we can all use or something.

LOL air superiority is so bugged right now it's practically unplayable. First of all, it's impossible to get any kills because as soon as you get a lock on someone without flares or start hitting them with your gun they just bail out and respawn. Second, once I die I can't respawn, the interface is bugged every single time, so I have to reboot my computer and rejoin the server. I swear DICE fails over and over again even worse than Obama does.

You might want to repair, I already have the AS achievements. Hell, just finished all unlocks for the stealth and attack heli.

Find a new server, seriously. I play on 300 tick 16 or 24 player AS servers.

Well finished getting all the unlocks. Did it without getting a single kill somehow. Now that I have the active radar missiles I can finally get some kills.

Hmm Getting 5 kills in 1 round is turning out to be problematic. Even the 250 ticket servers rounds only last 1-2 minutes. The best player might get 5 kills but I'm lucky to get 3-4 before it ends. Awesome.

I don't know why any servers run Lancang Dam, it's always super laggy and IMHO just a bad map.

I wish there was a way to filter out servers using multibalance - so annoying.

But for jet ribbons there was a server I went on today where it was just to help people get the ribbons for the UCAV. Got 3 ribbons in one round there was great. Too bad the UCAV completely sucks or I dont know what its real purpose is

Come on now, DICE looks like a team of geniuses compared to the 0.

I got two from random battlepacks. I bought some Slim Jims thinking I would get another one, and it accepted my code but never gave me my boost!

I got 3 slim jim battle packs including the XP one that had 3 x100% boosts back in November, but the gold one I tried to get yesterday still hasnt shown up.

It's currently only available to Premium users. You should be able to play in two weeks when the it's released for general dlc.

Ive played a fair amount with Anubis. Usually i play in the mornings. I just dont get excited to play anymore
