I haven't been keeping up with the thread...earlier I posted a question if they are going to fix the VIOP and squad based communication so you DON'T have to add friends outside of the game (you know for losers like me who have no friends that play BFx)?
I missed that from the original BF...and have hated the series ever since due basically being a lone wolf the entire time I play not just being able to hook up with random people.
PLEASE tell me they are fixing this...PLEASE.PLEASE.PLEASE

same hereI'd settle for not evaporating when you are killed... but faster could be good, too.

I'd sure as hell hope so. I know that BF3 isn't supposed to be realistic, but goddamn, rockets travel WAY too slow. A goddamn tank 50 feet away shouldn't be able to just move over to the side a little bit and dodge my rocket. One of my least favorite parts of the entire game by far.
Rockets have already been nerfed enough since BC2. Now they're slow as balls too.
I didn't even think they were that bad in BC2.
Yeah, the tank's in BF3 can take a thousand rockets it seems. I think, in BF4, they are limiting the tank rounds, which is a good balance. While, it might still be hard to kill a tank, they can't just spam with infinite ammo and shell a spawn point forever. They weren't. (Carl Gustav was OP against infantry at first, but then they fixed that).
In Bad Company 2, when you were playing engineer and you encountered a tank, you actually had a chance against it. Not in BF3 though. It's far more difficult to take down a tank by yourself. Expending your entire inventory of rockets while slowly widdling down the tank's health is not fun.
I know that it's supposed to emphasize teamwork (two engies have a much better chance), but I guess it just frustrates me when I come across a tank and I can barely do anything about it.
scout helis will be food for rpgs now

Good! I hate helicopters anyway.
Frank Gibeau, a leader at Electornic Arts, suggests that hardcore players will get access to a new version of the Premium service for Battlefield 4 with new features.
Gibeau explains to IGN that, We had a great customer response on the Premium service for Battlefield 3. You can fully expect that well exceed that value offering and that feature set next time. It worked great.
The service is designed to deliver downloadable content early while making it easier for a multiplayer fan to keep up with the state of the game and remain competitive in the long term.
Battlefield 4 is set to be out on October 29 for the PlayStation 3, the Xbox 360 and PC in North America and on November 1 in Europe.
Versions for the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 will be offered soon after the consoles are out.

I can't kill tanks with any amount of rockets. They just don't work, unless i'm driving the tank. Then it blows on the first shot.

They look great when they're exploding.
