Nvidia owners if u have the flashing textures/lights be sure to install the latest drivers released today,331.65. Also do a repair install in origin to get the day 1 patch. Game runs smooth @ 60fps with my rig AA off everything else ultra.

In F1 2012, textures still flickers with that driver, I guess it's game specific.

Hey it could be worse. My wife and I have been trading trips so we haven't seen much of each other lately. She gets home tomorrow and I leave on Saturday. So not only will I not be able to play from Saturday to Thursday but Wed-Fri she'll 'want to spend time together'

I prefer to spend time with my lady, games don't go away, women do...

I had 4 Battlepacks also, 1 for being a veteran, and three for buying premium. I can see in the premium didplay that we will get 1 more battlepack per month from Premium. The only truly useful think was a "developer-only 3x scope for the .44 magnum
Any one have any trouble installing the plug-in? I am having an issue with Chrome in Win8, and IE I think is having a security issue with the plug-in.

IE 10 (windows 8.1) had issues with the plugin for my as well. Firefox is my default for now b/c of this.

Got my drivers updated and waiting for the game to unlock... No other game gets me quite as excited as a new BF game..

Isnt the preload the install? I preloaded and dont have an option to install, just repair install.

A couple quick benchmarks, using an i7-3770K@4.0/HD7870@1000/1200 (reference) - it seems the graphics are both better and less demanding than the demo:

1080p/high:
Min Max Avg
50 74 58.333

1440p/ultra:
Min Max Avg
24 38 28.75

Obviously, 1440p/ultra isn't playable on an HD7870, but the performance at 1080p/high is pretty good, and probably just about right for this game - 1080p/ultra would be pretty sluggish.

The VRAM was pegged at about 1965MB at 1440p/ultra. Anyone on a >2GB card see how much VRAM is being used with ultra settings at 1080p or 1440p?
