Yep, over a gig. Do you know how long it takes to download a gig in southern Uganda? Fucking forever, that's how long. Now I can't play till it's done? Ugh... Oh well, I can only play SP for now anyways, pings are all over 500 to any server I try.

So was mine. Then the game update was over 1gig.
Eh... maybe. It's like old school packet loss on @home back in the day. Most servers have an auto kick for high pings, I don't last long. I just stick to single player for now.
So I saw a list of glitches posted on reddit, not sure if they are all accurate or not...

Gamepur - BF4 Tips
- You can actually hold a grenade with the pin pulled indefinitely. You can even put it away (without blowing your face off) by switching weapons while you have the pin pulled. Simply press the grenade throw button and then hold the fire button once the animation starts. Your soldier will stick his hand out like he's posing for the Highsman. Jumping will cause you to throw it, but having the pin pulled decreases the time needed to throw, although sprint is disabled.
- Also, this creates a dead man grenade as it drops at your feet if you die. Good for holding points or M-COMs.

Is there still an ammo penalty for reloading frequently? I noticed on one of LevelCaps UMP gameplay videos, he was reloading frequently without ammo loss. I think he was on Xbox so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it. I noticed that I was still being penalized last night.
So you don't lose remaining rounds from a magazine if you reload not empty gun?
Did the patch fix the compatibility problems with ie11? Bunch of guys in the ea forum (including me) complaining of not being able to launch the game from ie11 because it tells you to download a patch that never completes, so you can never enter a game with ie11.
This does not happen with firefox or chrome, so that's an easy workaround but come on, you can't get your game to work properly with one of the more popular browsers.
In BFP4F it was a perk type thing, it was passive. If you died you automatically dropped a grenade and it blew up or something very similar. In BF4, you have to knowingly equip a grenade, pull the pin and wait to die. It's very different.That's interesting. They did a dead mans grenade in bfp4f. If anyone one was near you when you got killed, boom, you took them out also. But, I don't know, seems kinda cheesy for bf4 to do it.
Something else - I join a lot of servers with clantags/websites - I have been out of the "clan scene" for a long time, but any of those communities still active? Might look a few up, but curious if anyone here is gaming with a good group/server. I tend to play on the Chicago area servers.
