fwiw - a server patch was installed last night, hopefully it resolves some of the performance issues.

Dec 06 2013 12:27:27 AM PT BF4 server version R14 (95851) has been released and DICE told us to begin deploying it. Within the next 30 minutes (by 12:55am PST), you should see your server briefly go offline as the new patch is applied.

I just got the game this week and I've been playing the campaign. Is it normal and safe for the 7970 I have to hit 70 degrees when the GPU is fully loaded? Most of the time it is at 66 to 68 degrees when in the 80% load state. Nothing is overclocked. Is it also ok to have it at those temps for long periods of time?

What is the temperature danger zone for my card? Is there anything I should do to lower temps?

i run dual 7950 and they run into the mid to high 80s

Good times last night on China Rising maps. Pretty fun (when your team isn't getting smashed). Then again, we were pinned to the main on that peaks map and I owned pretty hard from the main since there was a crazy cluster of players to shoot at.

I did some looking last night. I think it's now part of the 1911 battlepack unlocks, so... that's a lot of killing with a crappy pistol to get that scope, eventually, haha!

No scope for me. And it can't be part of the battlepacks as some people could in theory have all of them unlocked already. I only have one left to go on my 1911.

You only need 1 kill - it's not that hard to get.

Also, you need 4 people to start a game.

It can't be that hard because I unlocked it by bombing a Chopper out of the air and got 4 kills. lololol

They were capping a flag by hovering so I lit them up.

I think it was "get turned on", since thats the name of the clip. Its what the kids were saying on YT. That channel was shutdown when I uploaded the entire The Rifleman series. Anyways, I reuploaded it. I also have a better example.

Would have been cool if they had included a Glock G20. Perks could be progressing up in ammo until you hit something like Underwood 200gr XTP. A scope on a 1911...why...
