What is the issue with revives?
If you are in the weapon select screen and someone revives you, you can't accept or reject it, you just lay there for the rest of the game.

This happened to me last night. Quit and went to bed.
Do you really switch weapons that often that it's actually a problem? I make a chance maybe once per round, usually not even.
Delete all your friends.Know whats annoying? I'll be playing in a full squad. I am happy in my squad and life is good. Then all of a sudden, someone on my Origin friends list will join the game and the game takes me out of my squad, no questions asked, and puts the two of us in a new squad all by ourselves. This sucks big time. Can I stop this crap?
You need to start identifying capture points if you're going to be squad leader
The HMG ammo box bug is still going strong. Not a good sign but we'll see...

This where the tank view is blocked? Annoying as all hell... Change to 3rd person view and back to 1st person and it should be gone. Doesn't help for HC where you can't switch views, but I've heard zooming in and out (zoom optics) could also fix it...

Only one point can be chosen at a time, only the point highlighted in green will gain you and your squad points.I pretty much do this most of the time, but when half the squad goes one way and the other half another, I only mark the one I am going to go to.
Do you the get most more points by pointing to all of the capture points, so no matter where the squad members go to they are following orders?

On Zavod 311, I was getting orders from the commander, and passing them on, then getting "Negative" responses from half the squad.
i use a Susp on the ACE 21 CQB thing is a beast
Speaking of squad orders, I have hillarious picture to show you.
...over the course of one or two rounds of domination. I wasn't even spamming orders, it's just that noone talked in chat at all.
A new Battlefield spin-off may be in the works, according to Wedbush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter, who says a studio other than DICE is looking to continue the stream of Battlefield releases in EAs 2015 financial year.
Originally, reported by EuroGamer and VideoGamer, Pachter wrote in a note to the press that, Although EA has as yet to announce a Battlefield extension for FY15, we believe Criterion Games is working on a military shooter that may become a brand extension for the Battlefield franchise in FY15.
Previously, Criterion Games were known for their work on the Burnout and Need for Speed franchises.
Pachter later updated his position, mentioning that he now believes it is Dead Space developers Visceral Games that will be spear-heading the project. As far as we know, on an official level, Visceral was to be working on a Star Wars project, as per EAs multi-year exclusive licensing agreement with Disney.
We spoke with management on Thursday afternoon, and although they have not yet announced a version of Battlefield for FY15, they confirmed that our understanding is spot on and that if a version of Battlefield were to be released in FY15, it would be developed by a studio other than DICE, Pachter continued.
While its likely that EA wishes to produce a steady stream of Battlefield releases in the coming years, its not clear if a studio like Visceral would continue work on the Battlefield: Bad Company series, or begin work on an entirely new sub-series all together. DICE Creative Director Lars Gustavsson mentioned earlier that the Bad Company [team] isnt forgotten, they are just on a very long vacation, adding that they are out there, theyre coming back.
The idea might sound far-fetched at first to put the highly acclaimed Battlefield series into the hands of a developer other than original creators DICE but its exactly how publisher Activision worked the popular Call of Duty series so that releases could become more frequent. By alternating Battlefield development between developers, EA could also produce yearly releases of the franchise.
We take it core Battlefield fans wouldnt take kindly to the news, but nevertheless, consider these rumblings rumor until an official announcement from EA or either studio is made.
This is not specific to your squad leadership, but in general when a SL sets the cap point too far and there are obvious points that need defending or capping that are closer, I just go that way. Sometimes SLs end up trying to do too much, and spend too much time running from one end of the map to the other. When my squad is spread out I just set points to who ever is closest to capping/defending and important point.
And then there is the commander giving orders that dont make sense, like on Zaphod when you are B and they send you to F. I accept the order then set a realistic capture point.
To be honest, I dont think the orders are all that important. You can look at the mini map and see who needs help with what points, or what needs defending or capping. Even when I play with regulars I'll sometimes go off on my own depending on situation.
Maybe what they should have done is tied rank to squad leadership and following squad orders. Unlocking weapons would be just based on weapon use, but giving and following orders get your promoted. Or just give orders and following them more weight...like 10x the points for a kill.
I think I found a combo which works good on all carbines, ARs, and pdws. Coyote, laser, R2 Suppressor, and stubby grip. Guns I thought were crap like the M416 are now fine.
