Huh, this was pretty hilarious, after installing the latest Battlelog update today my game would run at half speed. And I mean everything, my character, all the animations, bullets, physics, fog/smoke effects... everything half speed. I ultimately had to reboot and everything's fine now but man that was bizarre. Even the Campaign was running at half-speed!

The randomness of hit reg makes me not want to play many times. One round every bullet may hit dropping enemies with no problem, killing two or three people with a single clip. Then the next round almost nothing hitting, lucky to get a kill on a static target at close range with a full clip.

You get a few with good hit reg on one team and few with bad on the other and you get very one sided rounds.

Things seem to be back in order and working fine for me after this morning's server side update. Is there any particular reason that they cant update both the server and client at the same time? Or at least on the same day?

I had that problem before, but it was windows in general, not only games. So games were half speed but everything else was also. It was a pain to get rid of and I can't remember what I did to fix it, but I think you have a non BF4 related issue.

easy, the less you change at once the easier it is to figure out what caused the new problems

Haven't been able to play for a week. Every time it starts logging into a game I get the dreaded red disconnect. Argh!

(1) rubber boats take 3 guides missiles to take out (from the javelin, gunboat, etc.).
(2) the kill cam often shows someone other than the person that killed you, like infantry will take you out with a pistol and a helicopter on the other side of the map shows up in the kill cam.

I saw that it was taking more than one jav to take out a rhib boat, but wasnt sure how many it would take since the first hit always killed all the occupants. One hit from any rocket should be plenty, its just a freakin' rubber raft!

Right now its a death sentence to enter any watercraft with everyone trying to unlock the latest PDW on Paracel Storm. The javelin locks you get while in an attack boat is insane. I unlocked mine mainly using laser guided missiles in the Scout choppers, people on jet skis were easy pickings.

The kill cam bug is hilarious at times, like getting killed by a sniper at close range while the cam shows him flying off in a jet.

I went an entire round without a single hit marker between my 5th and 30th death. Yes, I died over 40 times in a round, but was unable to record more than 15 kills all with a shotgun.

Look at how low my hit % is for that round. I typically can get close to 50% which is my life time average with the DOA.

I haven't been playing BF4 at all except for the past two weeks, is it going to be weeks before they fix some of the stuff that broke in the last patch or do they typically release hot-fixes pretty quickly? I miss the player info in the "kill cam" in Hardcore!

Its still in the kill log upper right, but you have to look quick on a busy server.

I care. I'd like to know how much damage I inflicted on somebody before they died and what type of weapon they had along with the attachments. Maybe they're using a better configuration of a weapon I like.

Plus I like to see how many times Ive killed or been killed by the culprit.
