Probably my best round so far. Could have gotten more if we didn't stop them at the third set of M-coms .

after unlocking some decent weapons, the game is starting to be much more fun.
unlocked medic's m60 and it's a killer gun with the red dot and higher damage perk. also unlocked the first 3 burst rifle, the AN-94 which is supposed to be the deadliest assault rifle.

started using engineer and i am quite surprised by how good the scar-L is. i've been winning a lot of 1v1 fights vs medics and assaults to my surprise.

I think that is the worst part of the game, the starting weapons SUCK HARD.
Hell I think I have more kills with the m1911 than the other weapons combined.
I kept getting completely owned by some guy with that exact combo last night, so frustrating.

I have unlocked everything too and only play a couple hours a night now at most.

I think my biggest complaint is the lack of maps, I can live without more unlocks, but I would really like to see some more maps.

Will probably start playing a bit more once get past the burnout of playing so much unlocking stuff.

Same. Playing the same 4 maps so many times after unlocking everything made me bored of them.

should also be noted that the damage charts differ from the one posted earlier and models lower damage. also, HC = 50 player health.

edit: the guy actually covers why the damage charts differ. the console version has 1.25X damage on all Assault Rifles, SMGs, LMGs and Pistols compared to the PC version. wonder if damage modeling for the PC actually never changed from beta to release.

Yea they really need more maps. It sucks that later this month we're only get conquest versions of existing ones. I want at least one more map.

Yea since I typically only play rush that makes 5 maps into the rotation. Big whoop.

Nelson Bay
Port Valdez
Valparaiso

On March 30th, they will add Rush on Laguna Presa.

If you are getting bored, I recommend going ahead and playing the other modes. Anyone tried Squad Rush yet? Squad Deathmatch? Also, I think just playing on a smaller server does allow you to play a deeper game, that's not just totally crazy.

I still fondly remember that round I played mano-a-mano, 1-on-1. Variety is the spice...

Tried squad deathmatch but i always end up in a shitty squad and I end up carrying the team. Maybe if I had 3 other people to join me.

I like Squad Deathmatch but I really wish there was only 2 teams, 4 is to many. It becomes a spawn - run - shoot - get shot. There is always someone spawning behind you for an easy kill.

Look, while everyone has problems, it's still not that difficult to join a server. First, add a bunch of people to your friends list (there's an ATOT list in here somewhere) and join a game if someone online is already connected. Or Second, keep a list of a couple of server favorites, and join those.

If those two options fail you, just keep trying. Just keep going down the list, eventually you'll find a server. I know the server browser sucks and is frustrating, but you can still get into a game.

You don't see what the big deal is. Wow, your ignorance really knows no bounds. Of course it's not a problem to you, since you can't see such a major flaw with your rose tinted glasses. MW2 is the biggest piece of garbage to be released in a long time, and the PC port is even worse. Good job spending $50 on BC2 though, I'm sure EA appreciates it, especially after all the crap you spew about BF2.

I bought this game and I can't even play it online - the server browser is unbelievably, unforgivably shit. FFS Dice/EA, I don't need to see a list of 50,000 servers - I need to see a list of a dozen servers near me with good pings. But pings dont even show up at all. The only servers I can find are USA or UK/Europe because there's no way at all to filter my server browser in a useful way. Add to that the fact that the Join Now button just doesnt do anything at all, and I've wasted a ton of money on an unplayable game.

Run the game as admin. Stop the update of the list. Check all of the filters and/or choose a game type. Works like in 30 secs for me.

For ping? Run as admin, click on the little box that says ping. Its amazing it will arrange them from low to high or even high to low!!

For country? L2Read.

No, it's not the second coming. No, it wasn't launched bug-free. No it doesn't have the power to convert people into shooter fans that were not shooter fans before (mostly).

F*** yes, it can be fun. Yes, it will get better. Yes, the game is only 10 days old! Yes, it is the first Battlefield game for the PC in 5 years, and Battlefield fans should rejoice.
