Ok, why the fuck don't i have the Garand or the medic medkit or defib? it shows unlocked but I when I play there is no option to select the Garand and when i play medic, all i have is my pistol and rifle.

something else weird happened too, when i playing engineer, i couldn't bring up my rocket launcher even though it showed available.

Why don't they have separate vehicle and on foot mouse sensitivity settings? on foot is fine but when i drive a vehicle and use a turret, it is fucking slow as hell. if i raise sensitivity, its too sensitive for on foot.

I end up playing engineer mostly because repairing vehicles is pretty much the only way i can get any fucking points in this game.

A gaming mouse where you can adjust your mouse sensitivity on the fly helps in this area. It allows me to increase it when using vehicles or decrease it when I'm sniping or need more precision.

Can someone tell me what marksman headshots are? On occasion if I play recon that will show up sometimes. One time I got the 10 points for a headshot, and then 29 more for marksman?

Click twice to log-in; Click twice to get a server list and then because it won't remember my last settings I have to click 3 boxes and click again to sort. The really annoying part is I have to always click to join a squad and click again to join the battle. Why the hell can't it remember what you choose last and why the hell wouldn't I want to join the battle!

Which was an issue initially with BF2142 then DICE added later via a patch, so you would have thought that it would have been added in this game. The thing I don't understand is why they didn't take the best parts of their past games and incorporate them into this one.

texture hack for player models are out. don't know what's being done to make it appear through buildings & trees though. hope punkbuster is capable of detecting this type of stuff.

although not that surprising since it existed in beta. don't think BC2 has demo record functionality though, which is too bad.

Yeah, there's a LOT of little things that need fixed with this game. You can tell they were pushing it down to the wire. Too many little things that add up to too much for some people. Hopefully in the months ahead they can work the balance a little and make everyone happy.

But I gotta say, I had a blast tonight. I actually started off in a conquest match against one guy. On Laguna Presa, he played Engineer and drove an APC around most of the time. I played assault with ammo and C4. It was quite a cat and mouse game that went down to the wire. (And I won!). I never would have thought it would have been so fun with just two!

Then I jumped on ATOT with a bunch of guys from here, and I just felt in a groove. Nice tight matches (until the last one). None of them were won by a team of snipers. I wasn't at the top of the leaderboard, but I still had a ton of fun. Great games guys. Hope to see y'all on the battlefield again.

why didn't they just delay it for a little? not that i expect them to fix shit because DICE has never been good at fixing shit. i mean even after beta, they left things bugged and broken and even broke new things in the final release.

no I've gotten up to 400 points for a single shot with a 50pt kill +10 headshot +211 marksman and +50 avenger and +30 defender lol

lets just say the guy was about half way down the vertical cross hair from center in order to even hit him

it took me several shot to actually get a hit on him, and it happened to be a headshot

yep, you will get mega points on the rush maps in hardcore, if you hang way back with 12x scope and a good rifle (m24, gol magnum, or m95)

Even with an aimbot, it takes 1000 bullets to kill some one.

How are we suppose to know who is hacking when you cant spectate or when your own admins are getting kicked from their servers for being idle?

Gully - good playing with you. I think you must have got me 10 times and I didn't get you once. Despite that and all the problems with the game, I had an absolute blast. I'm used to the glitches from over 4 years with BF2. I can definitely see people getting tired of it and moving on, but there's just something special about BF games. When you're in the heat of battle, it's amazing, and none of the log-on, kick-out, or even minor lag issues matter that much.

I'm confident DICE will work things out. No, they don't know how to roll out a major mass market game, but they DO know how to make a game that people will be playing 5 years from now.

any rifle can damage the canopy, even the AR's, I blew a canaopy away with the XM8 and killed the occupants on Valdez when they decided to hover too close to the ledge by the oil pipes at the second attacker zone

I'm a COD convert, so the game play is going to take a lot of getting use to.

I don't like the health bars and I don't like emptying out a clip to kill some one. I also think there is a lot of jerkiness in this game and the animations/kill boxes are off. Just seems like a lot of the timing is out of sync with the hit detection. It could be just on my end, but my ping is usually 35-45. Though even when the game shows I hit some one, even after 100 bullets, they just come at me and shoot me a point blank while I reload. Every hit has to be clean to be effective and I find that just to be fawking retarded when it comes to realism.

Obviously they have to work on making it easier for admins to administer their servers. No kill cams, no spec, and no idle time makes administration options very limited when trying to spot hacks.

Other than that, It's an ok game.

Last night I got a 490pt sniper headshot! I forget all the awards, but it was +marksmen, +savior, +Defensive. Very satisfying!
