Ah. You need to run both steam and bad company 2 as admin, if you right click on the .exe and goto the compatibility mode tab - you'll see a check box.
I've tried that...BTW, these pings do not show up ingame, they do for the server browser.

run as administrator and you will see pings.There's no in-game way to check your ping.
bronze is lower level then you, silver is the same level and gold is a higher level.
Don't think that is the case because I am only 15 and the person I killed was at least 20 when I killed him and I only got a silver. Maybe it a range of people close to you like 5 below and above is silver. I am skeptical of that too though because I have killed people above me in level at like 16 or 17 and only gotten bronze dog tags.
As many of you know the twist for rudder is reversed. Here is a work around that I have tested and works 100%:
Go to your Documents\BFBC2\input\ folder and open up air.dbx with Notepad (make a copy of it first for safe keeping). Search through it for the keyword ConceptYaw and scroll down to the PadInputActionData section right below it. In there change the ScaleValue from a 1 to a -1
Save.
Your twist for the rudder is now set correct.
