ok so, I don't know if this has been answered yet...but do c4 and at mine kills count for bronze stars? I have every gun except tracer dart and garand...but those shouldnt count should they?


btw i think the pkm is way better than the m60, as stated before it has less of a spray factor which allows you to stay on target and get those shots on target. hardcore mode with magnum ammo is usually how i play...so almost every gun is just as good as the next

Not sure what state your talking about. For me the game is very much playable and haven't had a disco in over a week. My only gripes are with the server browser, and sometimes when i'm in the game and I press ESC to view the leader board my game looks like it running on a Pentium 2 system for a few seconds.

they're not really spending time with maps, they probably already had these from the beginning but withheld them to release them as so called "free DLC" on the same day MW2 gets a "paid DLC" map pack. all marketing strategy.

Just be glad we aren't having to pay for the extra content unlike the console people.

the garand stats are broken

I should have atleast a bronze with the garand and it says I have never used it still

so I quit using it till it works right

my veteran count is still bork'd too

Yes they do, I got my silver star just today with some c4. Realized that it doesn't take much to completely blow up a tank with c4, often just 1 stick on the back will do. The only problem is getting close enough, but on a map like Panama it's not that hard. Get a lot of points too and don't have to worry about reloading the Car Gustav.

I was riding a jeep at full speed when I saw a sniper up against a rock looking the other direction. I ran into his balls at full bore, square on. I got the little 'x' hit indicator, but it didn't kill him. Of course he proceeded to stab me in the face while I sat in the driver's seat in disbelief.

I've noticed a LOT of inconsistency round to round here as well. I can go 10-4 one round, and then 1-7 the next. I've had this happen multiple times....just seems a little unsettling.

I have read that Garand Stats are being attributed to the M1A1 by mistake.

Is it me or are the hackers getting worse? I've been in servers with Punkbuster and PBBANZ on and have seen guys get booted for Aimbots. I was just in a server with PB on and there were these two guys, one was called fat cow, and one was called fat cat or something to that extent and they were 30/5 25/5 every round At one point I saw one of them he saw me, I fired a few shots at him and hit him once, then I moved over, he came over the hill unloading onto the ground and then when he got to the top of the hill his bullets turned and focused right to me. I don't know, to me it looked like an aimbot, and other guys in the servers were saying they were using aimbots but PB didn't pick it up.

Just sucks we have to deal with hackers

I thought I read it could only be rush or conquest, not both, thats why i was asking. it could have been a bug or it could have been switched in the middle byt the admin.

i don't give a shit about my post count, like some losers on this forum. Post count only causes trouble imo, and if they reset mine to 0 i wouldn't even blink twice. hell, i don't even know what my post count is.

I think my favorite ridiculous thing about the game: I can be drilling a sniper with my assault rifle, and they somehow can keep their composure and get a headshot from 300 meters away even though I'm registering hit after hit on them. Really guys?
