48023 : Headless Horseman's Mount - Summons and dismisses a rideable Headless Horseman's Mount.
48024 : Headless Horseman's Mount, Ground - Summons and dismisses a rideable Headless Horseman's Mount.
48025 : Use Headless Horseman's Reins
The headless horseman mount ",Ground" effect could be the sign of a flying mount, but obviously nothing is confirmed yet.
Portal: Theramore and Portal: Stonard
The spell visual effects and icons were added in 2.4, it looks like the spells have been added in 2.4.2. We still don't know if it will be a class spell or just an effect used during a quest or something like that, but both portals have a self-teleport and a group-teleport version like all the other mage's teleportation spell ...

Standard riding mounts were Bind on Use. Looking them up on Wowhead shows that they are now Bind on Pickup though.

All these meddling stupid little changes they call bug fixes, and they can't be bothered to fix the "alt tab too many times" memory dump and ensuing hard drive grind sessions that makes it easier to just hit the hard reset button on the case rather than spend 5 minutes trying to exit WoW.
