Yes, that's right. My guild is treating that boss on heroic as if they were fighting in a 5v5 arena. Aside from not being tauntable, each mob is very smart when it comes to using their abilities to screw up your tank. For example, the mage somehow knows exactly when to ice block, MS is used frequently, and fear always happens right at that perfect moment to screw you up. While tanking kinda of works, it doesn't work anywhere near well enough on heroic so all you can do is try and CC the best you can, interrupt heals, burn the hell out of the mobs, and heal like crazy. If you are in the state of mind that the tank will not be able to control the encounter like any other 5 man boss then you should be ok. If you are having trouble then consider adding a little stam gear.

Wowjutsu scrubs the armory, with thousands of guilds, so it takes a bit to update.

The armory also needs to be UP as well to do this.

We ran MH last night, didn't kill Archimonde, and all of us got something like 7-9K in rep lol. We wiped a few times for retarded reasons mostly having to do with people getting used to Omen not working right and then there was one time where Thrall decided it would be a great idea to run in range of Azgalor's frontal cleave at the end of the fight and getting killed (don't ask me how that happened because I have no idea). Still, I went from barely being honored to a hair away from revered in one night! Managed to snag the bracers too. Some of the raid was pissed because we got a triple Vanquisher drop for the gloves though haha. The badges are also a nice touch because that means everyone walks away with something.

We finally got our raiding back together and did the the 4 bosses in SSC that we can down, which means sunday we finally are going back in to do leothas the blind. After we kill him, then we just have vashj and the boss in TK. I am extremely happy that my guild made the announcement that we will not even be entering MH until both SSC and TK has been cleared.

Does anyone know the easiest way to get their rep up with Scyers easily? I'm into honored, but I really need the nicer shoulder enchant. Is it really just a matter of collecting the turn'ins, because that is so boring.

I just got my Dell XPS laptop 2 days ago. the thing is it has Vista on it but i am unable to install WoW on it. I have clicked on the install file and selected "run as admin" but i still can not get it to install. is there a secret trick to getting WoW installed on Vista?

Just copy your install over from your desktop. I never actually installed WoW on my XPS laptop. Although, you may want to turn UAC off.

Go into more detail. What happens when you try to install WoW? Is there any kind of message? Does it lock up? Have you tried a different copy of the install file? Aside from quests associated with your faction, you got to get more turn ins. My recommendation is that you do all of the new dailies and more if you can. Some reward you with Scryer rep turn ins and you can use all of that gold from the dailies to buy your way to the top in no time.

easiest way is to buy arcane tomes & rings off the AH, 500 ish gold will prob get you almost to exaulted

UAC is that universial access controll bull crap that pops up every time any thing trys to do something, i turned it off,

im running vista ultimate 64, installed wow from the CDs fine with UAC on, dont remember getting any errors,

the only thing i can think of is that the installer is trying to write to c:/program files (x86) and the wow installer does not like the formatting of that or its write protected,
