The best ~$200 laser printer???

I'm looking for something that doesn't need a "chip" or whatever in order to refill the toner.

I'm looking for something that is reliable/has a long life.

advise/opinions are more than welcome...

Do NOT get the cheap HP's they have been making lately. Have used an Okidata at a company and it has done well. It was on sale at Office Depot.

i've got a cheap samsung, seems to be pretty good. a little loud and the lights flicker and the UPS on the other side of the room goes nuts when its on.

I snagged an HP Laserjet 1018 for ~$108 out the door at CompUSA a little while back. It isn't the fastest printer in the world, but it prints very nicely for what it cost. This Color Samsung is nice but will cost an arm and a leg to replace the toner.

I've got a cheap little Samsung, I think I paid $130 retail for it, I think on a BestBuy sale. I used the 'starter' toner cartridge for about 18 months. I'm very happy with it. I think the later models have duplex capability; the lack of duplexing is the only think I don't like about the Samsung.
