The best bacon is the bacon on your plate.
danish bacon > american bacon.
it's cut from the loin rather than the belly so it's meatier, this shit has been one of our primary exports for centuries.
I go to a local meet shop and tell the owner how I want it.
Lean or fatty. Thick or thin cut. I have options on how it was cured.
$4-5/lb
Can not stand turkey bacon, bland. Bacon needs flavoring that comes with the fat and curing.
There is no such thing as turkey bacon. There is a product that has that name, but there is no Turkey bacon.
What if the Turkey was grown only eating bacon?

Kirkland bacon is ok and cheap but that's about it. We skip over it and buy the thick apple smoked bacon that's next to it. It's little more expensive but twice the taste and quality of the Kirkland bacon. Everyone pretty much knows Trader Joe's thick uncured applewood smoked bacon and the thick applewood smoked bacon at Costco are the two best bacons you can buy at national retailer. Only the retards who eat turkey bacon would think Kirkland thin bacon is tasty. I guess compared to crap turkey bacon, anything would taste good.
