Yes it does. You just don't want to recognize it for what it is. The British controlled Palestine and it was there's to do with as they saw fit. They envisioned making Palestine into a Jewish homeland and that's what happened. Trying to point to old documents doesn't change that fact.Originally posted by: TheSnowman
