This was on Amazon for a short time, not there now, but snagged bundled pair of 1TB WD Green drives, one a PCIE 3x4 and one SATA for $110, to upgrade this laptop.

I am not sure on specs or performance, but has a 3 year warranty, and under $100 for a 2TB SSD is pretty good.

Can second I had a lot of trouble with a PNY video card. Finally they provided a vbios update that mostly fixed the issue on the GTX970 with their borked DisplayPort output after first having me mail it in to say “there was no problem.”

A month later the update they provided me was made public on their website lol

Wow, not bad, I almost consider SSDs obsolete with nvme's available, but the size is hard to ignore. A likewise aggressively priced 8TB unit would make me seriously think about getting one, but I'm glad the prices are trending in the right direction. I'm still rocking a 6TB Iron Wolf for media storage, so an upgrade would be nice. I would probably swing for an 8TB SSD if it was the price of this 4TB, so maybe in a year or two

Ha ha, I'm glad I'm not the only one that had trouble with PNY. I got screwed over on a warranty of a video card (looong time ago, was like an AGP GF4 Ti4400, around 2003-4), AND a 128GB or 256GB USB thumb drive a few years back, when they were much more expensive (now I have more thumb drives that I know what to do with, LOL).
