I jumped on the 990 pro! Thanks!
Not recommended. I don't think they do any stress testing for that.I jumped on the 990 pro! Thanks!

Whoa, I see $150/160(w/heatsink) now (MC), looks like I missed it, darn. The 2TB WD SN850X is also $100 on amazon and $90 on microcenter. I have one and picked up another one, very good price.

I picked up the 2TB model of this Silicon Image
Silicon Power 1TB UD90 NVMe 4.0 Gen4 PCIe M.2 SSD R/W up to 5,000/4,800 MB/s
It's been great so far.
Did it come with a heat sink like the team group ?@balloonshark

It does not. If the graphene strip is a more important feature to you, stick with the Team Group. I do use graphite pads for CPU cooling on the test bench, so I think the graphene strip is a neat feature.Did it come with a heat sink like the team group ?
I ordered the team group a few minutes before I noticed the Silicon power for a few dollars more. I guess it doesn't matter. I have used both of these brands, and although they are both el-cheapo brands, they seem to work OK.It does not. If the graphene strip is a more important feature to you, stick with the Team Group. All of my boards have their own heatsinks for the 4.0 M.2 storage and combined with case cooling, the SP never gets hot at all.
I'll setup a deal alert at slickdeals. Right now select best buys have it for $100. Some are using cashback sites to save a bit more.I've got a pricewatch on the 2TB WD Black SN850x since I missed the last round of $89.99 sales. Though, I wonder if the pcpartpicker.com notifier is working correctly as it failed to notify me (by email) on a nice drop in price on a GFX card I was watching.
The WD store has it for order @ $99.99. 3-4 week delivery, so allot of them sold on 'prime day', I imagine.I'll setup a deal alert at slickdeals. Right now select best buys have it for $100. Some are using cashback sites to save a bit more.
Newegg has the non-heatsink version for $100 with coupon code SSCV788I've got a pricewatch on the 2TB WD Black SN850x since I missed the last round of $89.99 sales.
