New Order has been around since the late 70's early 80's...never really thought of them as techno..

I am laughing seeing the replies in here, since about 99% is far from being techno.

Techno is actually a specific electronica genre, not the entire electronica genre.

That being said, i am not much of a techno expert, but i do know my trance

haha, im in the same boat, Im a trance guy. Im just looking for any pop techno or whatever that ur normal PPl will know, in case I ever need to have music for a party or anything.
