98,670 + 14320 = 112,990 (>10% of the total goal!!!!)
Nice man, my next deadlift day is going to look similar.
Just outta curiosity, why so much deadlift volume? How frequently are you deading that volume? Are you guys cycling a high volume lift like that.. then 10 or so off, a low volume day.. 10 off.. perhaps an off day, etc? Just seems like a hell of a lot of volume for deads.
I DL every week. I usually do a high volume every other week. In the other weeks I might do low reps/sets with heavy... like 315x5 405x5x3 ...
Not sure why... that's the way it has progressed and just become my routine. I might need to switch it up, since I feel like I've hit a wall at my max of 500x1... it might be time for sets of triples.

OK buddy. If you wanna turn this thread into a bimbofest, and least select a woman of power and substance...

Fellow WADBL World Champion Amanda Harris AKA Barbie Barbell. She's young, has world class strength for her age (17) and weight class (123) in powerlifting, and is a figure competitor as well.
Plus she's genuinely a nice and gracious person...
