the device cannot find enough resources that it can use

I am running an Opty 165 on an Asus A8V Deluxe with Vista32. I have the latest drivers and bios updates with 2 gigs of corsair value ram. I update the driver, but it still gives the msg the device cannot find enough resources that it can use (code 12).
I also get the error msg on my RAID device and I think the 1394 bus controller
Any thoughts>?

not a network issue, more of an OS / BIOS problem...

that error means two or more devices have been assigned the same I/O ports, interrupt, or DMA channel. go through the BIOS and start disabling devices you dont use (ie serial, parallel, ide, floppy, etc) and find out where exactly the conflict lies.

also, try another PCI slot and make sure your devices are being assigned irq resources automatically...
