SWTOR. Skyrim, while great, is single player, and too easy. I got all this fancy stuff, and the only thing i can do with it is kill NPCs. In SWTOR, you get to kill other people. Much more gratifying
Being single player is why I prefer Skyrim. But each to his own. Not saying you are doing it, but I do get sort of upset when people say "single player" like it is a dirty word or something. Personally I refuse to play MMOs and only play single player or sometimes online components of single player games. But for those that like MMOs, fine. I can see the appeal if you have friends to play with or like meeting up with people on line, neither of which applies to me particularly.
I must admit that the only MMO that temps me though, is TOR, since I enjoyed KOTOR so much, and TOR supposedly has a lot of single player content. But I still dont see how this can really work in an MMO.
I do have mixed feelings though. I want to play TOR because it is set in the same universe, but I also kind of resent that they never made a KOTOR 3 single player game to finish up that storyline.
