Easy. Download the excellent (and free!) Daemon-Tools which will allow you to mount the image as a virtual CDROM. You'll then the able to play the movie using any compatible media player (I use WinAmp) as long as you have the required CODEC.

Another alternative is to use ISOBuster and extract the MPEG files from the disc images.

Edit: Link fixed...sorry!

I installed Daemon tool.
After launched it, it did not show that it support *.bin file.
*.cue is supported.
Why?
And can I play *.bin file with XP's Windows Media Player?
Thx. again.

the *.cue file is what you use to "mount" the image. the image is the *.bin file. if you choose to "mount" the *.cue, it will load the *.bin file as a "CD" in a virtual cd-rom drive. look for the new "drive" under My Computer. double-click on it and search thru the directories to find the actual movie file.

as for which software to use, that depends on the file. if its an mpeg2 file (svcd), use PowerDVD or WinDVD to play it. there are others as well. just know that you don't "play" a *.bin file. it is simply an image. there will be files and folders inside that image. it should be easy to locate the actual movie file inside the image, as the mere size of it will exceed all other files by far.

A .bin and .cue file work together. The .cue file holds the information, while the .bin holds the binary image. When you burn a BIN/CUE or mount it, the .cue is used, and it tells whatever how to use the .bin.

Thank you for your info.
Like you saied: its MPEG2, SVCD.
But Power DVD won't play it after mounted by Daemon.
Can you tell how to proceed it?

I would've thought Power DVD would play them but I guess it doesn't have the required CODEC. I personally use WinAmp (latest 2.xx version) to play SVCDs but you need to have the correct CODEC installed first - I'm not sure if thats included with WinAmp as standard, if not search Google for SVCD CODEC.

When you start PowerDVD and browse to open the file, which file are you choosing? Gimme a list of all the directories and the files that are inside them. Or just keep trying different files until you find the right one. PowerDVD works for mpeg2. I use winDVD cuz it came with my vid card, but I have used PowerDVD before and it's just as good.

Look in the Mpeg2 folder. There should be a .mpg file in there, something like AVSEQ01.MPG or so. This is what you want PowerDVD to play.
