Flash is like th stupidest guy ever though that he can run so fast but still be challenged. I think an interesting flaw in the character should have been that he tires very quickly so cannot do that running around for long.

Barry only just got his powers. The show is only 9 episodes in. He's still learning, which Oliver called him out on. He has the time to case his entire environment, but he doesn't.

I think season 1 of Arrow was the best. It was basically a Batman tv series. Season 2 wasn't as good, but season 3 is OK. I just remember Laurel's sister ruining season 2.

The Flash is a pleasant surprise. Its about time CW started to use the real superhero and villain names in their shows.

Yeah I'm half way through season 2 right now but 1 was much better. The mystery of everything hooked me.

It's amazing how many people eat up these piles of shit. Jesus Christ. If people had any semblance of decent taste in films, shows, etc. we wouldn't have 975 shit superhero flicks come out every year.

Arrow has a lot of good moments, but good god... the CW-ness can really drag the show down. I stopped watching about halfway through the Corto Maltese episode (near the beginning of season 3) because I just didn't care about the stupid relationship junk. It took me around two months to finally muster up the desire to watch it again, and once I got past that episode, it was fine. Although, the mid-season finale of season 3 was awesome. D:

I think the Flash is more fun to watch overall, but the relationship stuff does weigh the show down as well. As much as the show wants me to, I just don't care about Barry and Iris. The mid-season finale of Flash was pretty good, but they took a different route that didn't have nearly the impact of the Arrow finale.

Just finished season 2. At first I thought him becoming basically Batman was dragging the show down too but damn the season finale was the shit. Even though I ended up reading some spoilers about what was going to happen, it still kept me on the hook with the way everything turned out.

haha I couldn't stand her. I think she was an actual stunt woman or something. Not as pretty as the sister, and her acting was suspect. I dunno, she just rubbed me the wrong way. Part of it was I thought it was just dumb that she showed up, but people coming back from his past ended up being a running theme in the show. Its actually gotten even more ridiculous in season 3, but whatever.

My only issue with her coming back was that no one asked how she went from boat to League of Assassins. When Oliver came back, everyone kept bugging him about the island.

The wife and I are plowing through Arrow now, a lot slower this second season as it isn't *as* good as the first.

She admitted that she had to agree with Felicity about keeping the Salmon Ladder in the new lair because "She likes watching him do that". I can't blame her, if I were even leaning bi-curious... :awe:

I used to think the salmon ladder was impressive when I first saw it on Ninja Warrior, but now it seems everyone can do it. Sara went up and down on it like it was nothing. If I had a back yard I'd have one. Wouldn't use it, and if anyone asks I'd just say I'd give a demo but my rotator cuff is acting up. :biggrin:

Second season picks up at the mid point to end.

LoL I started Arrow cause I was sick in bed all week. Those scenes motivate me to roll out of bed back to the gym.

Binged all the way through and I'm caught up now. Season 3 has been pretty lackluster coming off of how awesome season 2 was. It picked up towards the end. I feel like this has been a big trend with this show.
