I've been waiting for this for the last couple of years but it is finally here...

I'm going to replace most of my everyday socks....some of them are getting pretty ratty....
I'm thinking about going with Teko socks...Any experience with them?

I want to get some socks that are going to last.... I'm tired of the cheap throwaway socks...that don't age very well and I hate just throwing them away and buying some more crappy one where the same thing will happen....

Any other socks I should consider?

Okay I finally bought some socks

I placed an order from Mountaingear which had the best prices on Teko socks I could find
I post some reviews on the socks when I get them in...
Order some EcoMerino and some Ecopoly

We talking white socks here or colored socks?

All I know is this...
- Hanes Premium socks are thicker and last longer than Hanes regular socks.
- Target brand socks are surprisingly thick and so far seem to last a long time. They're always the first ones I go for in my sock drawer since I bought them.
- Anything Costco sells is high quality.

I probably have over 100 pairs of white socks, because I don't like doing laundry.

The Ironman Trialthalon crew by Wigwam are the best. I've worn them for running, and everyday use for about 5 yrs now. None of them went too bad. Some still have enough elasticity in them.

man, i wish i could find half my socks. i probably have close to 100 pairs of socks but only have liek 3 or 4 pairs at a time. i have no fvcking clue where they go!

if i go buy a pack of 12 socks and wear them all once, i get maybe 2 pairs back...

These are just every day wear socks, right? No need to go buy specialty socks, just buy some general Hanes white socks.

For running, my area of expertise, I'd go with Thorlos myself. Other sports have different requirements, as do different body types.

Personally I wear black socks for everyday wear, but like to get black crew socks and not ultra thin dress socks.
