That's what I thought too until I realized that Bieber vid got 790 mil views over 3 years.

Psy got 600 mil in 3.5 months. Even if it loses team, it'll break 1 billion from residual views from all over the world.

I don't think so, there have been a lot of comments about using programs/scripts to auto-refresh the page to buffer the view count and I can't imagine there's proxies involved.

Near the end of december, all of the 2012 recap shows and articles will bring lots more views too, so the momentum isn't going to slow to a crawl anytime soon. It could pass beiber by new years. Probably will be over 1 billion views within the next 6 months.
