Well the rumor mill is churning, from Titan LE to 7xx cards before August.
Fudzilla claims the GTX 780 will be based off of the gimped Titan (AKA Titan LE), and the 770 off of the 680 slight-respin.
It will be an interesting spring in GPUs. Maybe NV is looking to finally offer something compelling for the price (since last summer the 670, and maybe the 650 ti boost albeit pretty late). They should easily beat the 7970 GHz.

GTX 780 will indeed be a 3GB 384 bit card. I presume 6GB will be available later as well.
