If I had to pick one I'd pick piano trio for sure (Violin Cello, Piano).
So many incredible pieces out there.

I love both of Mendelssohn's piano trios. Great place to start for sure!
I consider myself lucky to live near the New England Conservatory and Jordan Hall (and others like the BU College of Fine Arts -- used to go see friends from there perform), where their excellent students put on free performances throughout the fall and spring semesters. I've been introduced to some amazing music by attending random weeknight performances. This was a good one that I somehow hadn't heard before, despite being familiar with much of his piano music:

Accordion is the worst popular instrument. That's all I know. Should be reserved for Pirate music only. Or maybe if you are in the French Riviera.
Guitar, Synth, Drums... Can't believe nobody mentioned synth yet.
