The hot type mustard that burns your nose when you eat it

What is this stuff called?
I find it similar to Horseradish but stronger.

It has a diff. burn than most pepper sauces but it's a yellow type mustard. It burns your nose more than your mouth.

I think you are talking about wasabi which is Japanese. I don't think mustard is commonly served in Chinese restaurants (unless with Sushi which isn't exactly Chinese).

Wasabi is typically a green paste found in Japanese restauraunts and does have a similar bite to horseradish, only stronger. Of course, I have always seen hot mustard in Chinese restauraunts that has nothing to do with wasabi.
