I am eating a nice dinner tonight. My wife is making beef enchilada casserole. She makes it awesome... jalapenos, onions, sauce, cheese, extremely lean ground beef, tortillas, a small amount of sour cream, and some green peppers shredded not cut. Its awesome.

Lovin my wife. Then again, she does get just about anything on this planet she wants.

I don't normally eat so bad but I'm coming down off a vicious hangover and I gots the munchies. Working down the Subway Sub right now.

Meh, I didn't even finish it all. It's dorm food. You can only stomach so much. Only reason I ate that much is that it was my first meal of the day (@ 6.00pm)
