It all depends on where the players start from. If the Hulk starts out aboard the ship, its game over. If it starts with the Hulk on the planets surface, nobody beats the transporter. Once you've been converted to energy, they don't have to put you back.

Please clarify "original series" - are you talking about the TV show from the 70's?

If so, Hulk dies horribly.

If we're talking the comic version, Hulk wins almost all scenarios. Comic Hulk has done some ridiculous stuff like punch his way through a time storm, ripped through force fields with his bare hands etc..

There are really too many versions of the Hulk to know for certain without an exact definition of which Hulk we're talking about.

If we're going by comic Hulk, he actually rode on the front of a spaceship while it was traveling through space. It was confirmed during Planet Hulk that he technically didn't need to breath at all, when he was on the moon and decided to jump to the planet's surface (endured freefall into the planet's atmosphere like it was nothing, landed making a huge crater, got up with a smile on his face).
