Theres a scene when they fall in water, and their hair gets wet. HOLY CRAP, it looks amazing, also the explosions are great too. But through out the movie you think... WOW thats just awesome, it looks like they just filmed barbie dolls and spliced em in. AMAZING. One of my favorite parts was definately the credits, very original.

The guy that directed this also did "The Iron Giant", which, imo, was one of the most UNDER-RATED movies of all time!!! Why wasn't that movie more popular??? It was one of the most creative and emotional animated films I've ever seen. I happened to see it in a bargin bin a few years back and bought it for my kids. They still watch it 3 years later. Highly recommended if you haven't seen it.

As for the Incredibles- hitting it tonight. Can't wait

Saw the movie yesterday and will see it again todya. IYAW.....My five year old nephew is taking me to see it for my birthday, so naturally I had to check it before he took me.

I am biased, own a miniscule portion of Pixar, but the Incredibles is incredible.

I'm always impressed how Pixar can make a movie that appeals to a broad audience without making anyone feel left out.

Great movie!

Man, it was even better than I'd hoped. It makes me wonder what would happen if Pixar did licensed properties and made a Fantastic Four movie (I have pretty low hopes for the live action FF movie, heh). I'd say it's easily the best superhero movie and definitely the most consistent. I wish more studios would put as much work into their films.

Licensed properties = too much baggage. What makes Pixar great is that they only answer to themselves.

Oh, I agree. I just wish something like that could happen.

Does Disney retain the rights to the Incredibles or will it stay with Pixar? I'd love to see a sequel along the lines of a Toy Story 2, but if Disney owns it, it'll probably be another traditional animation straight-to-video like the Buzz Lightyear cartoon.

Everytime I see a new Pixar film I come out of it thinking this was the best one yet. It was amazing. I loved the costume designer lady!

The Iron Giant is a great movie!

The Incredibles was a great movie, too. I saw it today and it was just a lot of fun to watch. Much more adult than the previous Pixar films.

Oh, well, it was still great on its own. I think I'll probably watch it at least one more time in the theater.

Just got back from seeing it tonight. I thought it was very good, and I'll likely buy it on DVD when released. Wish they'd shown more of the super heroes because the 'anti-super' movement though.

Yeah, the wet hair was stunning. That engine is insane.

I really want to see the concept character art for all the heroes they didn't show a lot of. The part with the big log of superheroes (if you've seen it you know what I mean) was pretty crazy, and a rather chilling account.

Yeah, that part was good. I like how many subtle moments they had, like that one and the part where Mr. Incredible was sitting in his study looking at the clippings and magazine covers from the glory days.
