Sworn testimony, polygraph, therapist notes, multiple accounts from multiple people regarding drinking and inappropriate sexual behavior earlier in life.

I am not going to engage in some discussion about the merits of either case because that's not the point. The point is there was tangible evidence of higher quantity and quality in the Kavanaugh case than what has been presented here. That does not mean one is guilty and the other not. That is a separate conversation. But if we cannot agree on what evidence exists and that e.g. testimony under oath is better quality evidence than a public statement in the general case, there is no point going further.
