I liked it

I liked it, but it got repetetive

And finally, the Killers' new album, Sam's Town!
In one word, lackluster. "When You Were Young" and "Uncle Johnny" are the only songs I really like; "Read My Mind" and "Bones" are alright. Hot Fuss was an awesome album save for "Everything Will Be Alright", this is just disappointing.

Linkin Park's new album - Well, it better kick ass

U2's new album - Same goes for you guys, especially since this might be your last, you old farts

Can't believe I forgot Audioslave - Revelations & Muse - Black Holes and Revelations, both great albums.

Hmm... I thought The Open Door was on par or better than Fallen. I found there was more variation in The Open Door than Evanescence. I did listen to the single from Sam's Town and was disappointed. Also looking forward to Linkin Park's new album though.

There's a Linkin Park song floating around YouTube called "QWERTY" that they've played live. May or may not be on the new album but I loved it.

Black Holes and Revelations is freaking awesome. The only way to describe it is that it's epic. Also enjoyed Every Man for Himself, Hoobastank's new album.

I loved the Muse albu, but the Hoobastank album?! The first one was great, second was ok, this one SUCKED.

How can you get disappointed by what everyone with an ounce of musical taste knows that the killers' new album will be one of the worst in recent memory. BTW, everything else you listed there is terrible too, except Audioslave. If u wanna listen to a good cd from this year, check out Tool - 10,000 Days.

I didn't like Out of Exile much, but I've briefly listened to Revelations and it definitely sounds alot more like their first album did, which I loved .

I have high hopes for this album. I <3 hot fuss.
When we were young grew on my tremendously after the 2nd listen, now it's one of my favorite Killers song.

If you liked Hot Fuss for the reasons I did you'll be disappointed to find there's no songs with powerful bass lines like Somebody Told Me or Jenny was a Friend of Mine. "Uncle Johnny" really grew on me after the second listen, and although the lyrics for "Bones" are dumber than all the stupid lyrics on Hot Fuss combined, in the end its an OK song. If I had to rate the two albums, I'd give Hot Fuss a solid 10/10, especially when you count the 3 additional tracks on the Limited Edition, and Sam's Town an 8.

On monday, when I listened to Sam's Town album the first time...it was alright. Somehow, it has grown on me and I pretty much like any of the songs. It's very different from the first one, but then again, save "Mr. Brightside" and "All these things I 've done", it also took a while for me to like the whole album.

BTW, if you want good music you have to check out the Decemberists new album (Crane Wife), the Dears new album (Gang of Losers), Voxtrot, Sunset Rubdown's "Shut up I am dreaming of a place" (I will keep mentioning this band everytime I talk about music, it's just that awesome), Rogue Wave's "Descendant like Vultures", The Walkmen's A "hundred Miles Off", Youth Group's "Casino Twilight", The Thermals, Devin Davis' "Lonely People of the World Unite",Like A Fox, The new Yo La Tengo's album and the new Scissor Sister's album
