One of my favorite parts of the game is ellie wanting to high five after successfully using teamwork to cross the dam. Loved the game and the ending sets up for a sequel.

Got to play a few hours today and just left Philly...game is getting really good now. I still enjoy fighting the "normal people" more than the infected. The Infected are too ...how do I put it? Single minded, or one dimensional. To be honest, the infected are getting boring. Creepy in dark places yes, but they are like flies to the bug zapper. I feel kind of OP with upgraded shotguns and such. At least when I am being shot at I feel like I need to be careful and get a sense of urgency.

That's boring...they just run at any sound you make. Too predictable

Humans can be just as bad towards the end I figured out the best way to create kill zones for the humans. The best is to find one guy in an open area where you can maintain line of sight but obscured from the AI's sight. That allowed me to use my bow to take down one and as long as I was willing to wait, practically the whole map would come one after another into the trajectory of my arrows. As long as I killed them in the first shot, 75% of those arrows were recoverable as well. At least Zombies were tricky enough that I had to find ways to group them up to take them down as a group and were the number one target of my bombs and Molotovs.

There are definitely some ways to exploit the game. Considering how often the game saves and the lack of progress you lose when you die, it's easy to rush through and just figure out an easy way to get past.

I don't know if its even an exploit perse, its just recognizing patterns. Just as you would watch a humans guard route, noticing that you could funnel zombies through a heavily armed defensive area or use a humans tendency to check on his comrade if he sees one down against him, would be an exploit, just a standard use of game mechanics and in the game it feels fluid. Specially with the desire to not waste resources.

I just finished it today, made me sad . I didn't want it to end

I got pretty attached to both of the characters. The game was really good.

Question for those who got the season pass and preorder bonus: Are any of the DLCs out yet? If not, is there a release date? And I pre-ordered but never got the day 1 bonuses, do you they send a code via email or something?

Heh, I don't play games in long sittings anymore. It'd be better for me to grab a cheap used copy as well. It'd still last me a few weeks at the rate I currently play games.

i find it amusing that i opened my copy tonight and see a big ass ONLINE PASS paper in there, yet haven't heard a peep about it. but when it's EA doing it everyone is making a big deal about it.

Hmm I already entered mine the first day but nothing came up. When I looked at the dash board there was an install available for the last of us other content or something like that. I didn't install it, was late and had to sleep.

played for like 45 minutes last night. pretty slow start but i like it so far . pretty intense first 15 minutes with a tear jerker.

the cutscenes look fantastic in this game but man, you can really tell the ps3 is starting to show it's age with the graphics in general. like the game looks great, but after seeing ps4/x1 footage it is like damn, i didn't remember ps3 looking so jagged!

You can notice it more in this game compared to Uncharted 3. This is a much larger game than U3. Even though this is still a very linear game, the environments are larger so I'm sure that has something to do it. I really wish this game would have come out for PS4 as it would have looked so damn good.
