KP, you are missing the point. Every single customer is important, every single tech support call is important. There is no business left when there are no customers left.
As a customer, the money I spend on a new PC is very significant, for most people it will be a months income or more. To then call up for help and to get substandard and non-caring "support" is a huge insult to my worth as your customer. I wont be back next time, my friends wont buy from you either, they will tell others...
Hmm, it seems many companies and their employees miss this point too....
I've been in those shoes myself. It still burns my a$$ off that my company got into trouble because a few of the poeple in it did not believe in doing the best job so that we would have satisfied customers and be competitive. They did their jobs to the minimum, and it was enough to wreck us.
