The Logitech G1?

So I was reading a very in depth review of current gaming mice at http://www.esreality.com/?a=post&id=1265679.

I thought it was a typo or something when there was a page about some Logitech G1, but nope...this is apparently a real Logitech mouse...it's even on their site. But no stores seem to be carrying it!

It's got the same shape as the MX300 (which I'm still happily using) and the G3...
I honestly love this mouse and if it wasn't for the fact that the G3 was so darn expensive (and didn't receive the best reviews)...I would've gotten one. The G1 seems to be almost just like the MX300 except it actually has 800 DPI (MX300 reportedly only has 400).

Anyone a fan of or own these particular mice?...

Well, I've got a G3, and I'd say it's the best Logitech gaming mouse I've ever used. The shape is pretty good (as you know), the buttons feel fine, and the extra sensitivity is really nice. I'd still pick my Razers over it, but the G3 is still a great mouse.

If you find it on sale somewhere, I'd recommend going for it. I got mine for $40 CAD, and I think that was a great deal for what I got.

you could probably pick up an MX310 somewhere for pretty cheap
friend of mine got his for $20USD at a Staples
it's also 800dpi <(^^-)>

I feel like the MX310's shape doesn't quite fit right. I wish there was a Logitech mouse like the G3, but optical or something...I want those side buttons!

if you want an ambidextrous shape or something,and the MX310 isnt gonna work
why not an MS IE 1.1a?
