yep as i said a while ago race walking is harder then it sounds because you are basically running while keeping 1 foot on the ground at all times,
The first actually requires athletic ability. If actually watch the event you would see the athletes actually do very difficult maneuvers, that requires strength, flexibility, and agility.
The second is just balances some plates.

Try balancing and spinning the plates while doing a split on the top of heads. That would take lots of skill.
