The city I live in has all the things you mentioned, with (I am guessing) less incest but more overall crime. However, what makes it extra depressing is that the ratio of males to females between the ages of 18 to 40 is ludicrously high.

LOL, went back to my hometown after 20 years, and my HS buddies are there, and they haven't changed a bit. They've got wrinkles now & fat wives, but it's the same song different verse
