Today at a Washington DC press conference, the NRA reveals its answer, that instead we need more guns.

More guns wielded by armed security guards at our nations schools. As unaddressed is the question of who will pay for the all those armed guards and the expense of buying them even more assault rifles.
As in closing, the NRA cited one of its catch phrases, "That the only thing the stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun."
Of course there is a problem with that bogus reasoning simply because the "bad guys" with or without guns always have the element of surprise, and will make sure to take out the school security guard first leaving everyone else helpless. While the bad guys get another deadly weapons in the bargain.
As bad guys with guns can always also stop good guys with guns too.
Is this really the best argument the NRA can come up with?
