Why do many modern right-wingers have little more to offer than "here, watch this hyperpartisan rant on YouTube?"

I suspect it's that you've been so conditioned to mindlessly accept the party line, to confuse opinion with fact, that YouTube videos stand in place of actually thinking for yourself and forming your own assessment.

I'm amused at the rationale behind a post like this. "You know, I was going to vote for Biden and restoring functional democracy, but someone who shared a YouTube link without thoughts of his own completely changed my mind."

Want to prove me wrong? Write a multi-paragraph, cogent statement of your views on the subject using evidence from reasonably neutral sources (Tim Pool, Fox News, Daily Caller, Breitbart and similar outlets are not neutral).

That's because they have problems reading. I'm not even joking about that either, they used to constantly be embarrassed because the articles they'd link either wouldn't actually support their claims (often outright the opposite in fact), were opinion pieces (because they don't understand its an article on a website that means its fact!), or were from sources so laughable or using such poor logic (at one point they literally didn't understand the difference between Public and publicly traded, and another time they literally got tripped up by simple grammar) that all you could do was laugh.
