Disgusting, not to mention that's got to be hella uncomfortable. I have one little kiddo in there and I can't imagine 12x that. How does she eat?! As any pregnant woman can tell you, all the fetus growing smushes up your organs and stomach, making it hard to eat much (yet amazingly most pregnant women seem to eat like killer whales). How does she walk? What the hell kind of doctor even allowed her to keep them all without a near fist-fight breaking out to stop her??

On a more serious note, people that do this piss me off. There's just no way that carrying that many kids to term is a responsible decision; even if all the kids come out healthy that's a huge strain that's about to be dumped on that family, they'll have to be getting assistance out the wazoo just to make ends meet.
